Founder: Artem Stepanenko

Artem has spent 5+ years running supply chain and inventory for US e-commerce brands selling on Amazon FBA/FBM and Shopify. He founded SCAIT in 2026 to give growing brands the same planning discipline without a full-time hire.

• Expertise: inventory management, demand forecasting, reorder planning, China sourcing, ocean, air and rail freight, 3PL management, COGS.
• Methods: ABC/XYZ prioritisation, the 5R framework.
• Result: $650K a year in logistics savings at a US Amazon brand. The average shipping zone dropped from 5.3 to 3.3 and container costs came down, during a 6-month move to a 5-location 3PL network.
