Who we are
scait.space is operated by FOP Stepanenko Artem Volodymyrovych (individual entrepreneur, Ukraine), trading as SCAIT agency. Contact: artem@scait.space.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this site: your name, work email, store URL, the business details you choose to share (for example SKU count, order volume, suppliers, tools) and your message. We also record which page and campaign link you came from, so we know which channels work.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The forms use temporary browser storage (cleared when you close the tab) only to remember which link you came from and your calculated plan. Fonts are served from this site, not from third parties.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal or onboarding for the service you asked about, and to follow up on that conversation. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Who processes it
Form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (our website host) and delivered to our email. We keep enquiries in our internal client records. We do not sell or rent your information.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case client records are kept for as long as the engagement and legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing artem@scait.space. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
