Sound familiar?

The plan exists. The orders don't follow it.

Turning the plan into POs is the hard part.

Which SKUs, which supplier, how much, and when to order so stock lands on time. Most of it still lives in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts.

You find out the plan was wrong too late.

A bestseller stocks out because it sold above plan. A slow line piles up because it sold below plan, and nobody adjusted the orders.

It all lives in one Google Sheet.

Hundreds of SKUs, dozens of suppliers, and a sheet that only one person really understands, while doing three other jobs.

Your Command Center

Monday's answers, on one screen.

This week's decisions, the in-stock rate of every warehouse, SKUs at risk and stock sitting idle. Everything in units, checked by us before you see it.

Want cost and cash on the same screen? See Stock & Money Desk.

What you get

A reorder cycle you don't have to run.

Your first Command Center in week one, the full picture by week three, then fresh decisions every Monday.

Week 1

Your first Command Center

  • One source of truth: stock per warehouse, open orders and sales in one place
  • In-stock and risk per warehouse: what runs out before the next delivery arrives
  • Late orders to chase: POs that will land after the stock runs out
  • First order decisions, as far as your data already allows
Weeks 2–3

Fuller every Monday

  • We learn your goals, lead times, MOQ and case packs
  • ABC/XYZ and safety stock per SKU, so you see why each number is what it is
  • The order list gets sharper each week
Every Monday

Decisions, reviewed before they go live

  • Order list by supplier: SKU, quantity rounded to MOQ and case pack, order-by date
  • Late POs and how many units they put at risk
  • Plan vs actual, if you have a sales plan
  • A short note on what changed and why
Every month

30-minute review

Plan vs actual, what was ordered vs recommended, stockout and dead stock trends, lead-time changes.

How it works

Five steps. Then it runs every week.

Tell us about your store

A two-minute form below shows your plan and price.

Give us access or a few files

Shopify or Amazon sales, current stock per warehouse, open POs and supplier terms. We send a short checklist and collect it with you. A sales plan helps, but you don't need one.

Your first Command Center in week one

Stock, risk and late orders per warehouse, plus the first order decisions your data allows.

Weeks two and three: we tune it with you

Your goals, lead times and limits go in, and each Monday the picture is fuller and the order list sharper.

From week four, a weekly rhythm

Sales arrive automatically. You upload stock and open orders once a week, check the decisions and place the orders with your suppliers.

How we calculate it

You should be able to trust every line.

Demand from your sales history

We start from 12 months of sales, correcting stockout weeks and splitting bundles into components. If you have a sales plan, we compare every order against it and flag where the two disagree.

ABC/XYZ

SKUs are grouped by value and by how stable their demand is. Each group gets its own service level.

Safety stock

Covers how far sales usually swing from week to week, plus how much supplier lead times vary. Lead times come from your own PO history, from order date to sellable at your warehouse or 3PL, not from supplier quotes. It gets more accurate every week.

Reorder logic

When stock on hand plus on order drops to the reorder point, we order up to planned demand plus safety stock, rounded to MOQ and case pack. Slow, irregular SKUs get capped min/max rules so they can't be over-bought.

We do the work. You keep your data.

Your app. Our work behind it.

You get your own Command Center, not a tool to configure. We set it up, run the calculations and review every week before it goes live. Ask for a full export of your data any time.

FAQ

Questions we get.

What happens in the first three weeks?

In week one you give us access or a few files, we build one source of truth for your stock, open orders and sales, and on Monday you log into your Command Center with everything your data already shows. In weeks two and three we learn your goals, lead times and limits, and each Monday the picture gets fuller. The first month is paid in advance and includes this setup.

How do you decide how much to reorder?

Every week we take your sales from Shopify or Amazon, your stock and open purchase orders, and each supplier's lead time. From that we work out, per SKU, what to reorder, how much and by when, so best sellers stay in stock and slow movers don't tie up cash.

Is this an app I have to learn?

No. It is done for you: we prepare the plan and check it before you see it. You open your Command Center, review the decisions and place the orders.

Does it cover Amazon FBA?

Yes. Amazon FBA is one of the warehouses in your plan, next to your own 3PL, with its own in-stock rate and SKUs at risk.

Do I need a sales plan?

No. We start from your sales history. If you have a plan, we compare every order against it and flag where they disagree.

Do you change my sales plan?

No, the plan is yours. We flag where actual sales drift from it and show the impact on orders, and you decide. Ongoing plan revision is part of Full Inventory Management.

Do you place the orders?

No. You stay in control of your suppliers. If you want that handled too, our Ops service covers procurement and logistics.

Do I need to change my tools or 3PL?

No. Sales come in from your Shopify or Amazon. Stock and open orders are a short upload once a week.

What if my stock numbers don't match my 3PL?

We'll flag it. The plan is only as good as the stock data it starts from. Fixing data at the source is part of Full Inventory Management.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before your next billing date.
